The sun was shining for Mulpha’s inaugural Green Gala event, held at the Norwest Quarter Community Garden on Saturday 14th May. It was a true celebration of doing right by the environment and the community.
Showcasing some of the key sustainability and community initiatives that will go into the Norwest Quarter development in a hands-on way was a great demonstration of Mulpha’s genuine commitment to delivering a ground-breaking zero carbon precinct that will truly make a difference to the residents, the community, and the planet. The event featured talks, stalls and demonstrations from Oz Harvest, Women’s Wellness Hub, Control 4, Miele, Benergy, City Cave, Live Life Get Active, Ohmie Go, Pocket City Farms and more. Locals young and old loved getting involved in the day’s activities.
And the official opening of the Norwest Quarter display modules marked the final piece of the Norwest Quarter Community Garden, an important piece of social infrastructure integral to supporting the wellbeing of our community.
