Congratulations to Bettina & David from Haven apartments for winning the Norwest Christmas Lights Competition. Not only have they decorated the foyer of Haven and their balcony, but they have set up an amazing Christmas village in the music room and invited friends and local residents to come and take a look. The village was also featured on Channel 9 News on 18th December. The link is in our Facebook feed. Pictured is John Collins, the President of Norwest Community Association, presenting Bettina and David their prize, consisting of a gourmet Christmas hamper and a gift card, totalling $200 in value.
