Live Life Get Active is FREE and open to everyone regardless of your fitness level, whether you’re a business worker, resident or live locally in Norwest. A fun way to get fitter, healthier and happier! This is a part of Norwest Alive – Mulpha’s place making initiative focused on health & wellbeing.

All equipment is supplied, so all you need to do is register, book a session and turn up on the day – it’s that easy.

Sessions are held Monday to Friday from 12 pm to 12.45 pm during school term, outside Norwest Marketown Shopping Centre on the back grassed area closest to the lake, in front of Maharaja’s Lakeside Indian Restaurant.
